Kazakhstan central bank cuts base rate to 16.75%, gives no forward guidance

ASTANA. July 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The National Bank of Kazakhstan has cut its base rate to 16.75% from 17%, with a corridor of plus or minus 1 percentage point, the central bank said Friday.
