Kazakh president orders probe into Caspian Sea troop deaths
ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered a government commission to establish what happened during naval exercises in Mangistau region and to assist the victims' families, his office said.
