Criminal case opened over Kazakh troops' deaths in Caspian drills — Prosecutor General's Office

ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh prosecutors have opened a criminal case into the deaths of service members during naval exercises in the Caspian Sea, the Prosecutor General's Office said Thursday.
