Russia extradites synthetic drug ring suspect to Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Russia has extradited to Kazakhstan a suspected member of an organized crime group that produced and distributed psychotropic substances, the Prosecutor General's Office said.
