KazTransOil completes new pipeline link to Pavlodar refinery

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — KazTransOil has built and connected a new 580-meter pipeline section to secure crude supplies to the Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant, the national oil pipeline operator said Thursday.
