Kazakhstan does not rule out foreign borrowing to cover budget deficit

ASTANA. Sept 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Finance Ministry does not rule out covering the 2027-2029 budget deficit partly through external borrowing and will seek the most favorable terms available, Deputy Finance Minister Abzal Beisenbekuly said.
