ASTANA. Sept 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A lack of economic incentives and owners' reluctance to disclose information about their businesses are holding back mid-sized and large Kazakh companies from going public, said Talgat Salikhov, chairman of Teniz Capital Investment Banking.
