ASTANA. Sept 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator, aims to hold its international IPO before the end of 2026, with up to 20% of shares potentially on offer, Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna CEO Nurlan Zhakupov said.
