Tokayev proposes keeping Bektenov as prime minister

ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has submitted the candidacy of Olzhas Bektenov for prime minister to the Kurultai for consideration.
