Almaty racetrack returned to city ownership, modernization planned

ASTANA. Aug 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Almaty racetrack has been returned to municipal ownership following a directive from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, city sports officials said Saturday.
