Kazakhstan's People's Council to be formed in second half of September – Tokayev

ASTANA. Aug 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Halyk Kenesi (People's Council) will be formed in the second half of September, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
