Tokayev to propose ban on under-16 social media registration at first Kurultai session
ASTANA. Aug 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan plans to legislate a ban on social media registration for users under 16, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
