Kurultai election turnout reaches 53.12% by 2 p.m.

ASTANA. Aug 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Voter turnout for Kazakhstan's Kurultai elections reached 53.12% by 2 p.m. on Sunday, Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretary Shavkat Utemissov said.
