VLADIVOSTOK. Sept. 2 (Interfax) - The ministers of seven OPEC+ countries will discuss the market situation and the implementation of the agreement regulating oil output at their meeting on September 6, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
