DUSHANBE. Aug 10 (Interfax) - A new electrical substation with a voltage of 110/35/10 kV has been built in the Mir Said Ali Hamadoni district in southern Tajikistan, on the border with Afghanistan, the Tajik Energy and Water Resources Ministry said.
