Business confidence down in Russian mineral extraction, manufacturing in Feb - Rosstat

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Business confidence fell in the Russian mineral extraction sector in February, by 1.1 percentage points to negative 7.0%, the State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.
