Kazakh president dismisses critics of draft constitution as 'legally illiterate'

ALMATY. March 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Criticism of Kazakhstan's draft constitution, including claims that it would undermine territorial integrity or downgrade the status of the Russian language, comes from "legally illiterate" people, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Thursday.
