OSCE/ODIHR mission arrives in Kazakhstan to observe referendum

ASTANA. March 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A delegation from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) led by Douglas Wake has arrived in Astana to observe the preparation and conduct of the national referendum scheduled for March 15, 2026, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry press service reported.
