Kazakhstan asks Russia to restart Druzhba, Ust-Luga oil flows

ASTANA. Nov 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has asked Russia to resume shipping its oil through the Druzhba pipeline system and out of the Baltic port of Ust-Luga, and is waiting for an answer, the Energy Ministry said.
