Kazakhstan cuts oil output losses to 1.9 million tonnes

ASTANA. Oct 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has reduced its losses in oil production and is negotiating with major producers to raise output, Deputy Energy Minister Yerlan Akbarov said.
