Global processes pushing instability zones towards CSTO area of operations - chief of staff

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - The ongoing global processes are pushing instability zones directly towards the area of responsibility of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Andrei Serdyukov said.
