Kazakh PM warns of risks of missing heating season deadlines in several cities

ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Several regions of Kazakhstan face risks of missing deadlines for repairs to energy facilities ahead of the heating season, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said.
