Uzbekistan to set up energy crisis HQ in regions to improve electricity, gas supply

TASHKENT. Aug 7 (Interfax) - A special energy crisis headquarters to improve electricity and gas supply has begun operations in the Yangiyul district of Uzbekistan's Tashkent region, with its expertise expected to be expanded to 13 other districts of the region and to be implemented in other regions of the country then, the Uzbek presidential press service said on Thursday.
