CHOLPON-ATA, Kyrgyzstan. July 24 (Interfax) - The key document of a Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit scheduled for August 31 to September 1 will be a declaration commemorating the organization's 25th anniversary, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev told reporters on Friday.
