MOSCOW. July 21 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has condemned the strikes on Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) facilities in Yuzhnaya Ozereika in Novorossiysk, viewing them as Kiev's threat to stability on global oil markets, ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
