Construction of Zhanaozen gas plant only 40% complete, running late – Energy Ministry

ASTANA. July 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov is pressing contractors to speed up construction of the gas processing plant in Zhanaozen, Mangistau region, the ministry's press service said.
