Kazakhstan, China drafting veterinary certificate for saiga transfer

ASTANA. July 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) -- Kazakhstan and China are working on a veterinary certificate for the transfer of 1,500 saiga antelopes to China, the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
