Kazakhstan, Mongolia agree to build direct highway link
ALMATY. April 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Mongolia will build a new highway connecting the two countries, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday.
