Kazakh prime minister orders Innovation Development Concept drafted by June 1

ASTANA. March 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to draft an Innovation Development Concept by June 1.
