Avalanche kills tourist, injures another near Almaty

ALMATY. Feb 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - One person is dead and another was rescued after an avalanche swept through a group of hikers in the mountains near Almaty, Kazakh emergency officials said Monday.
