Kazakhstan to change rules for importing online purchases, new declaration and 5% rate introduced

ASTANA. Feb 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to change the customs administration procedure for online purchases made by individuals on foreign marketplaces, the press service of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic reported.
