Growth in retail deposits in Kazakhstan continued to slow in 2025 as savers shift toward savings accounts

ASTANA. Feb 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s retail deposit portfolio expanded by 14.7% in 2025 to 28.2 trillion tenge, according to a review of the household deposit market published by Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund (KDIF).
