Russian oil refining needs domestic fuel additive standards - expert
ALMATY. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia’s oil refining industry should develop domestic quality standards for motor fuel additives to replace former European benchmarks and ensure product quality, an industry expert said.
