MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Up to 10% of the global market's pyrolysis capacities, ethylene producers with a collective capacity of around 17 million tonnes per year, are at a high risk of closing, while a further 20% of capacities are estimated as having a "medium" risk of closure depending on the market situation, SIBUR product marketing director Victoria Uvarova said.
