ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Prosecutor General's Office has supported a proposal to enshrine the so-called "Miranda rule" in the Constitution, which obliges law enforcement agencies to explain a person's rights upon detention, First Deputy Prosecutor General Zhandos Umiraliyev announced.
