EU sanctions VTB subsidiary in Kazakhstan

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The European Union has imposed sanctions on VTB's subsidiary in Kazakhstan and its branch in Shanghai as part of its 19th sanctions package against Russia, according to an official EU release.
