Kazakh president calls on SCO to prevent armed conflicts from reaching point of no return

ASTANA. Sept 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev believes that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) needs to formulate a positive agenda aimed at promoting peace and development, the presidential press service said in a statement.
