ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will repair and replace more than 1,300 kilometers of utility networks and over 3,000 units of equipment this year as part of a nationwide modernization program, Timur Kosymbayev, chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies under the Ministry of National Economy, said Monday.
