Amendments to CIS agreement on interstate search for wanted fugitives take effect

MINSK. Aug 8 (Interfax) - Amendments to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) agreement on the interstate search for wanted fugitives have taken effect, the CIS Executive Committee said in a statement.
