China hits summer gas demand peak near 2024 levels; Kazakhstan ranks among top suppliers


MOSCOW. Aug 8 (Interfax) - China imported a total of 13.826 billion cubic meters of natural gas (via pipelines and LNG) in June 2025, down just 2% from a year earlier (14.121 bcm), China's General Administration of Customs said.
