Solidcore launches final exchange of blocked shares, sets buyoack price at $2.57


ALMATY. July 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Solidcore (formerly Polymetal) shareholders have approved a final offer to exchange blocked shares held in Euroclear during an extraordinary meeting, with the company now moving forward with implementation.
