Kazakh President instructs special envoy to strengthen ties with Afghanistan

ASTANA. July 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has tasked his special representative for Afghanistan, Erkin Tukumov, with enhancing cooperation between the two nations, particularly in trade, economic, and humanitarian spheres, the presidential press service reported Wednesday.
