Tokayev orders modernization of regional utility infrastructure

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed the government to take measures to modernize engineering and utility infrastructure in the regions and digitize the water sector, the presidential press service reported.
