Kazakhstan plans to set minimum mortgage down payment at 20%
ASTANA. June 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM) and the National Bank plan to introduce a minimum down payment for mortgage loans of 20%, Madina Abylkassymova, the head of the agency, told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
