Kazakhstan's Majilis approves mass amnesty for Constitution anniversary

ASTANA. June 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Majilis, the Lower House, on Wednesday passed a law granting amnesty to approximately 15,000 people to mark the 30th anniversary of the country's Constitution.
