MINSK. May 21 (Interfax) — Colonel General Andrey Serdyukov, Chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), announced the implementation of long-term programs and plans to equip the organization’s troops with modern weapons and equipment.
