ASTANA. April 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's flag carrier Air Astana will begin scheduled flights between Atyrau and Baku, Azerbaijan, starting May 31, expanding its service to Azerbaijan beyond the existing Almaty-Baku route.
