Kazakhtelecom to retain Kcell mobile operator within its structure
ASTANA. April 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhtelecom does not plan to sell Kcell mobile operator Kcell, said Nurlan Meirmanov, Chief Director for Strategy and External Asset Management at Kazakhtelecom JSC.
