ALMATY. Dec 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has welcomed the World Bank's $650 million financing for the repair of the Zhezkazgan-Karaganda motorway section as part of the Transport Resilience and Connectivity Enhancement (TRACE) program, the head of state's press service said.
