ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev personally saw off his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at the capital's airport as he ended his state visit to Astana, the Kazakh leader's press service reported.
